Privacy policy

At NeerFlow we handle the personal data of people visiting neerflow.cl under a simple rule: we ask for the minimum needed to reply, we use it only for that, and we neither sell it nor pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes.
This document explains what data we collect, what for, how long we keep it and how you can ask us to delete it.
1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this site is NeerFlow, based in Chile.

2. What data we collect
We collect two kinds of data, through different channels:
What you give us
When you fill in the contact form on this site, we collect what you type into it:
- Name
- Company
- Email address
- Phone number (if you provide one)
- The message content and the options you select
None of these fields is mandatory except name and email, which are what we need in order to reply to you.
What is recorded automatically
Like any website, our server records each visit in an access log. That record includes the IP address you connect from, the page requested, the date and time, and the browser used.
This log exists for technical and security reasons: it helps detect failures, identify attacks and understand whether the site is working properly. We do not use it to build profiles or for advertising.
3. What we use the data for

We do not use your data for anything else. We do not sell it, do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes, and do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. Legal basis
In Chile, the processing of personal data is governed by Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life. Our processing relies on:
- Your consent, given when you voluntarily complete and submit the form.
- Legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and operational, in the case of the server technical logs.
If you write to us from the European Union, we handle your data in line with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): data minimisation, purpose limitation, and the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics tools. We do not load Google Analytics, social media pixels or advertising systems.
Your browser may store technical information needed to display the site (such as language preference). That information stays on your device and does not travel to our servers.
6. Providers and processors
To run the site and reply to your enquiries we work with:
- Our own server infrastructure, where the site is hosted and the messages received are stored.
- An email provider, through which the form message is sent to our inbox and the confirmation to yours.
These providers access the data only as far as needed to deliver their service, and are not authorised to use it for their own purposes.
7. Retention

8. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights over your data at any time:
- Access: find out what data of yours we hold.
- Rectification: correct incorrect or outdated data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
- Objection: ask us to stop processing it.
To exercise any of them, write to ventas@neerflow.cl stating which one. We reply within the period set by law, and in practice within the following business days.
You do not need to justify your request or be a customer of ours to make it.
9. Security
The measures we apply to protect your data:
- The whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- The form submission travels encrypted to our server.
- Messages received are stored with restricted access, readable only by the system administrator.
- Email credentials do not live on the website: they sit on the server, out of the browser's reach.
No system is infallible. If we detected an incident affecting your data, we would tell you.
10. International transfers
Our servers and those of our email provider may be located outside Chile. When that is the case, we require the provider to maintain protection measures equivalent to those described in this policy.
11. Minors
This site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly request or collect data from people under 18. If we detect that we have received a minor's data, we delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date in the header. Changes take effect once published on this page.
